Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

 

Intellectual property rights, due to their nature as property rights, can be bought, sold or licensed.

In order to ensure that such a transaction proceeds correctly, the first owner of the right needs to be identified. Moreover, the owner of an Intellectual Property Rights is the person / company entitled to commercially exploit it, hence it is important to establish ownership in order to avoid disputes.

 

The intention of this web site is to show the professional community my capabilities as Designer, some projects were created under the following list of companies where I have worked for in my professional life. Entro Communications, Array Marketing, Gorrie Marketing and The Look Company.
